For fans of: Carnivore, Life of Agony, Danzig

The Origin of the Feces turns Type O Negative's early material into a deliberately abrasive piece of theater. The staged live setting adds interruptions and dark humor to songs built from slow, heavy riffs and sudden bursts of speed. Beneath the provocation, the band's distinctive mixture of gothic melody and confrontational heaviness is already clearly taking shape.
