Men I Trust “Equus Asinus” CD

• 2025 album from Montreal trio Men I Trust.
• Fourteen tracks including I Come with Mud and All My Candles.
• Draws the band's sound toward acoustic textures and unhurried arrangements.

For fans of: The Marías, Crumb, and intimate dream pop.

Equus Asinus pares Men I Trust's sound down to soft voices, warm strings, and gently shifting rhythms. The songs leave room around each instrument, making the small melodic turns and tonal details especially vivid. It is a patient record with a pastoral feel, extending the group's familiar ease into a more reflective and lightly worn setting.
