Atmosphere "God Loves Ugly" 3xLP

• Originally released in 2002 by the Minneapolis duo of Slug and Ant
• Personal, emotionally direct rap over tense, melodic production
• Triple LP edition includes Godlovesugly and Modern Man's Hustle

For fans of: Brother Ali, Eyedea & Abilities, and Murs.

God Loves Ugly pairs Slug's blunt, self-examining writing with Ant's muscular drums and melancholy samples. The album's frustration and humor sit close together, giving its songs a conversational intensity. This three-record edition presents a cornerstone of independent Midwest hip-hop.
