Animal Collective "Prospect Hummer EP" LP

• Four-song EP originally released in 2005
• Features guest vocals by British folk singer Vashti Bunyan
• Includes It's You, Prospect Hummer, Baleen Sample, and I Remember Learning How to Dive

For fans of: Vashti Bunyan, Panda Bear, and experimental acoustic folk.

Prospect Hummer places delicate voices and acoustic textures inside Animal Collective's unusual sense of rhythm. Vashti Bunyan's presence gives the songs a particularly intimate character, while loops and layered performances keep the music gently unsteady. This is the band's quieter, folk-oriented side.
