Alice in Chains “Facelift” CD

• Alice in Chains' 1990 debut album.
• Includes "Man in the Box," "We Die Young" and "Sea of Sorrow."
• Heavy guitar grooves and the distinctive vocal blend of Layne Staley and Jerry Cantrell.

For fans of: Soundgarden, Mad Season, Stone Temple Pilots

Facelift brings a dark, blues-informed weight to Alice in Chains' early songwriting. Jerry Cantrell's riffs give the songs a heavy, deliberate gait, while Layne Staley's voice can sound both commanding and deeply exposed. Their overlapping harmonies create some of the record's most distinctive moments, adding an uneasy melodic pull to its muscular guitar sound.
